FULL EVENT DESIGN |

From concept to completion our Event Specialists, Custom Event Designers and Skilled Artisans work together to transform any space to meet your vision.

We begin the design process by getting to know you and you story through in depth consultation(s). We look to explore your specific style, needs, goals & priorities - to uncover details that you may not realize are important to you.

Our Full Event Design Strategy presents your style, needs, goals and priorities through Inspirational boards, design presentations, mock-ups and site walkthroughs throughout the Creative, Design, Planning and Production processes.

*Creative Process incorporates our talented team, our vast inventory of classic and customizable rentals, our custom fabrication shop, our custom print designers and studio as well as our collection of décor, intricate accents and design elements. We explore the latest trends, ideas, people, and places. We incorporate color palettes, themes, textures and textiles. 

*Design Process ensures that every detail of your event­ has your vision in mind. We fabricate custom elements in-house and source vendors to perfect suite your vision and budget. We manage all aesthetic vendors from consultation to contract to event day installation so that you only have to step in to make final decisions and give approval. We arrange for a final meeting about one month before the event to confirm the overall vision and final placement of all items. We confirm these details with the venue, caterer, planner, florist, and all other vendors included in the design details.

*Planning Process includes floor plans, Google Sketchup digital renderings, CNC custom blueprints, print design studio mockups, material swatches and samples as well as a complete showroom presentation to bring your storyboard to life. 

*Production Process includes our production crew managing the logistics for a flawless event, while our creative team ensures that everything looks perfect. From onsite installation, setup and breakdown of custom items, to ceremony and reception layouts, to the placement of rentals and décor elements - we bring a dedicated team to style, hang, arrange, drape and beautifully style every last detail, and then come back at the end of the event to make it look like it never happened.

PARTIAL EVENT DESIGN |

For clients who have made progress on their own, but need assistance in pulling it together, bringing it to life, or simply with specific design elements, the Partial Event Design strategy is the perfect compliment to their already creative design.

From ceremony installations to lush tablescapes, escort card displays or scrumptious dessert spreads - it is the "WOW" factor that makes an experience memorable.

The Partial Event Design Strategy includes the Creative Process and Planning Process of our Full Event Design Strategy. These two key elements provide the crucial assistance needed to create a cohesive overall ambiance, look and feel.

The Creative Process turns tables, bars, lounge furniture and décor into an experiential and inspirational design. It is taking a classic rental and customizing it to become the perfect element that transforms your event's design. Our services include creating sample placesettings for the caterer to follow for each table, ensuring the room layout is as discussed, troubleshooting and redirecting any changes that are required, styling additional tables, bars, cocktail hour, ceremony and reception décor as well as general decorative elements.

But we understand that the power in truly transforming a space is in the details. The Production Process includes our production and creative teams who are dedicated to ensuring that the design, ambiance, look and feel are setup exactly as you envisioned.

HOURLY DESIGN |

For those doing things on their own, but who would appreciate direction and some resources from the experts. Consulting includes help with overall color and theme direction, brainstorming details, assistance with sourcing decor and vendor referrals, attendance at vendor meetings, site walkthroughs, etc. The stylist's time will be used according to the priorities of the client to accomplish as much as possible in the time purchased.

This includes complementary visits to our showroom as well as assistance on designing the perfect look with our classic rentals, customizable rentals and print designs.

GRAPHIC DESIGN |

With the help of our Graphic Designers, Print Production team and Skilled Artisans, Print collaborates with designers, brand ambassadors, individuals or professionals to design, print and fabricate. Whether customizing our rental collections, printing fabric by the yard, producing custom linen and upholstery or fabricating a wide format stage fabrications we create high-quality, custom pieces for our clients, bringing to life a vision that is uniquely yours.
